Ph.D. - Master
Cyberneticist, Microsurgeon and mad scientist: Creator of Torquenstein's
mechanical implants. Thinks of new and better ways to improve
Torque's superhuman racing abilities by engineering new and
better cybernetic implants. Also administers psychological conditioning
to keep Torque mentally stable and his mind focused on his racing
missions. Troy sees Torque as his creation and life's work.
Will become very defensive if anybody criticizes his work in
any way. |

- Bio-mechanic: Maintains
Torque's systems and makes sure that the human parts and mechanical
parts work together optimally. Checks his gauges and orders
the nurse to inject hydraulic fluid in all the right places. |

Kimberly Shiel,
Cyber-Pharmacologist - Designs
and maintains Torque's complicated drug regimen which prevents
the human tissue from destroying the mechanical implants and
which also give him super-human strength, stamina and a cunning
wit. Some people suspect that Torque has a soft spot for Dr.
Borgan, even though his human emotions are supposed to be
completely suppressed. |

Janelle Mullen,
R.N.
- Janelle is a registered
Nurse with a background as a transplant assistant. She assists
Brad and Troy with the implantation of new and replacement cybernetic
implants, making sure that the additions work well with the
surrounding living tissue. Also assists in the development of
these devices by providing input as to what will work well and
what might cause problems. |
